I dowanloaded the installer , run it and now the launcher is ready to download 11Gb to reach patch 4.3 Here come the problems...the launcher sits at 0 Kb download. Since I'm still playing with my old PC I don't know where the problem is...I didn't did any particualr configuration to my router (the old PC works great) such open the ports... What could be the problem? |

You can do this either by manually closing all the programs or by using Selective Startup: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/windows-closing-background-applications Also, if you have the possibility to reinstall your anti virus software, please completely remove it and then test the download again. |
