WoW Stops respondingTue, 24. Jan. 2012 16:01 GMT

So basicly i have this problem, whenever i play WoW, either my WoW Freezes and get a black screen for 3-5secs, minimizes and runnin fine again, also have this problem where it stops responding, and when i try to close it, it just keep runnin. So i go to the Ctrl + Alt + Delete - Working Manager or whatever its called, and i go to Prosescors, and i see WoW is runnin, and theres no way to close it. If i open a new WOW, it instantly freezes and makes it impossible to close it, so everytime this happens i have to Reboot my computer - Playing Windows Borderless atm. 1920x1080 in resolution. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Would be appriciated a lot.
Best regards Tarasha - Outland EU.

Tarasha,

In order to troubleshoot your issue I will need you to provide relevant information such as your DxDiag report file.

Also, I will need you to test the game with default settings by deleting the Cache, Interface, WTF and Data\Cache folders located in the game directory.

Could you please ensure your laptop is running the latest BIOS and drivers?

If your XPS L502X is equipped with a DirectX 11-capable discrete adapter, could you please test the game in DirectX 11 mode?
