Somewhatdark | FPS dropping to 0Fri, 27. Jan. 2012 18:01 GMT Now, I'll start by saying I raid 10 man in a laptop, not very fancy, and I rarely have fps issues. Sure, they are never too high (15-25 depending on the boss), but it's enough to play decently. I play with all graphics set to minimum (except boss' spells one, it's set to high). My problem arises when I raid 25 man, specially LFR. I do ultraxion a lot of times to try different rotations and whatnot, and sometimes I feel like my 20 minutes of queue and 5 minutes of trash go to waste as soon as the fight starts. I have absolutely no lag whatsoever, and when the boss is pulled, someone pops Time warp and my fps are gone. Sometimes the screen just freezes for periods of 3-4 seconds, sometimes I get down to about 0.5 fps, and the suddenly, after a minute or two everything goes back to normal. Just today I was doing Madness LFR and when I Reached the last platform it was chaos. Alternations between screen being totally frozen, to sub 1 FPS. I also doubt addons are causing this. I play with nothing but recount, bartender, omnicc and clcret. Apart from recount, all of these are extremely light . Regarding recount, I sometimes close it down to do these fights, but these retard things still happen. Any idea of what I can do? |

Jan. 2012 09:01 GMT Hi there, Please reset the game to defaults and remove any AddOns by removing or renaming the WTF, Cache and Interface folders found in your World of Warcraft directory. If this continues, please try running Windows in a Selective Startup: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/windows-closing-background-applications If the issue persists after this, please can you post a copy of your DxDiag report: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/how-do-i-create-dxdiag-and-msinfo-files |
