I have searched the EU forums but I can't find a dedicated mac thread (maybe I am just blind) but on the US wow webpage this is a known issue (unfortunately I tried to post there but could not as when I logged in, i got ''no character found''). SO basically I am a MAC user and every time Ultraxion goes down, my wow freezes, requiring a force quit and restart. I have sent the error to Blizz each time it has happened. This has costed me lots of time and frustration (guild raid wipes, missing out on loot, getting kicked from LFR and having to re-queue etc).

As a paying customer to Blizzard every month, the least I expect is the ability to play the game without having to constantly restart it when a cinematic comes on. Please, PLEASE tell me there is a solution at hand. I cannot find one on the US forum thread.
