So this isn't my end nor is it Virgin Media's end, it's your and I want you to fix it or at least tell me what the !@#$ is wrong. I've been having this for weeks and I'm done with it. I'll be playing on around 40ms in-game (home & world) then it'll randomly spike to 400ms world for an hour or so FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL. Nothing changes outside of WoW, I still get the same download speeds, I still get low ping in other games and it doesn't spike like a %^-*ing rollercoaster, only on WoW. So my question is why?

Don't bother asking for that traceroute !@#$, just tell me what's %^-*ing wrong so I can either fix it or unsub. Thanks.
