Paladra | Launcher cannot get patching infoSun, 29. Jan. 2012 18:01 GMT Hello again, Tonight I'm having the same problem as the one I had a week ago. I'll post the previous thread for further information if needed. http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/3269839530?page=3 When I try to open the launcher, after some seconds I get an error message "Launcher cannot obtain patching information. Please check your internet configuration." ISP : Ote, Conn-X Town and Country : Thessaloniki, Greece Network Adapter Make and Model : Realtek 8111C PCIe Gb LAN controller featuring AI NET2 Modem/Router Make and Models : Intracom, NetFaster IAD I've tried so far: - rebooting the modem - rebooting the pc/network - checked ping and network speed on several european servers via a speedtest engine (seems to be working fine on all) - tried to flush the DNS cache and restart modem and pc - checked my port forward for all wow related ports Other information - just before the problem starts, as one week ago, I was playing wow and I got a message "disconnected from battlenet" and battlenet became unavailable ingame, but I could still play normally without any lag. Once logged out to get some short rest time and tried to login a bit later, I got the launcher problem. - cannot connect to the game even by launching directly wow.exe. Gets stuck on "Connecting" - No other internet related issues found during this 2 weeks period of time apart from randomly disconnecting from battlenet ingame. Thank you for your time. |
