What message do you get when you try to log in? What exactly happens?

In this case, can you try restarting your router and flushing your DNS cache?

Disconnect the power from your modem or router device for five minutes and then reconnect. Once your connection is back, flush your Domain Name System (DNS):

[Windows XP]

- Click Start and then Run
- Type cmd in the run box and click OK
- In the Command Console window that has appeared type: ipconfig /flushdns
- After typing the above command, press Enter to execute it and then close the window

[Windows Vista/7]

- Click Start, then Programs, then Accessories and then locate 'Command Prompt'
- Right-click on 'Command Prompt' and left-click on 'Run as Administrator'
- In the Command Console window that has appeared type: ipconfig /flushdns
- After typing the above command, press Enter to execute it and then close the window

Have you flushed your DNS as well? I see you mention restarting the router but have you cleared the DNS cache?

Can you also try resetting the game to defaults by removing or renaming the WTF, Cache and Interface folders found in your World of Warcraft directory.

Can you try doing a trace route to the login server, and post the results here?

Press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard, and in the following box type:
cmd

And press OK.

Then, type the following in the command prompt window:
tracert eu.logon.battle.net > c:\tracert.txt

This will create a file on your C:\ drive called tracert.txt. Please can you post the contents here?
