I keep getting an invitation to transfer to a Portuguese realm while I had never put the language setting to Portuguese. I checked the settings file and Locale is set to enGB. I had deleted the Cache folder.

Let me know if there is another setting affecting it. I'd also like to avoid to completely delete my settings.

In fact, I won't do it to be honest. It is more valuable to me to have the settings I worked on so much (on some addons) rather than avoiding this text which is a very minor annoyance.
