Before patch 4.3 I could run the game on ultra with around 40 ish consistent fps even in combat. However since 4.3 my fps seems to vary greatly in combat going from around 20 to 8 for seemingly no reason. This is with settings on low. Any ideas on whats wrong? Here is my dx diag.
