Low ping and still delay - WoW Blue Posts

Jan. 2012 20:01 GMT Hi The problem im having is i got like 1 sec delay on all my abilitys with a ping of 45-60. i have this problem all over the WoW world but in bgs. I just changed router and modem because i had this delay and i had half of my speed what i should have (5gbit and i should have 14gbit) I thought the new modem/router should change this problem. I got my 14gbit now but i still got this delay. And i still got 45-60 ms I have open the ports on my router/modem: TCP 1119-1119 TCP 3724-3724 TCP 4000-4000 UDP 4000-4000 TCP 6112-6114 UDP 6112-6114 Turned of norton internet securitys smart firewall. I have also tried delete wtf, cache and interface. Played with and without addons. I dont know what more i can do to prevent this. Its impossible to play as melee in arena like this. As your trace route reports are unusable, I will need you to try and temporarily uninstall your security software. I will also need you to delete your router's port forward rules; lastly, please disable any router's security features (firewall, anti-DDoS etc) and ensure your Ethernet adapter is running updated drivers: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx?lang=eng Should the issue persist, post to this thread updated trace route and pathping reports.
