Hey, I'm hoping someone on here has a clue as to what is going on...
My launcher won't even get as far as updating it's tools. Opened a ticket at Battle.net, and got the expected answer of have you done this, or tried that. Basically, I have now tried every possible option that has been listed in various posts on here, (yes, this includes many uninstalls and various ways of reinstalation, using safe mode with networking, removed Curse client and anti virus software, turned off windows firewall, ran the repair tool a good few times), and still nothing. The last reply I got from Battle.net asked me to do a route trace to see if that would explain anything, so I have sent it to them, and thought I would put it on here also to see if anyone understands it...?
