Launcher sudden stop (4.3.2 update)Wed, 01. Feb. 2012 12:02 GMT

Hi like many others i am curious why the launcher/updater sees the new update as a couple of gigabytes huge.
but that is not my problem.

My problem is that since today (i player last night , no problems) when i launch my game/game launcher i get the "downloading update tools..." for a couple of seconds and then my launcher just closes.. no message or anything.

I have already done the repair thing , removed the launcher file and i always run as an admin.

When i use the "Blizzard Updater" program i have to download 15 Gb with 90 kbs (<3 p2p) so please dont tell me i have to wait for that.

I think something went wrong with the new patch , because i see a lot of people with problems

Hi there,

Can you please try to run this download in Safe Mode with Networking:
http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/how-do-i-boot-the-computer-in-safe-mode

Also, please try the following:

Windows XP:

Press the Windows Key + R
Type CMD in the box and press OK

Windows Vista / 7:

Go to the Start Menu and search for 'command prompt'
Right click on the command prompt program and choose 'run as admin'

Then type the following in the command prompt window:
netsh winsock reset

Preess Enter, then power off your router for a few minutes and restart your computer.

Please then try the game after this.
