I've start doing the new patch a few hours ago. All was going well until I started downloading the actual patch. It said total download remaining was +- 32 MB, but it got stuck at 0.0 KB/s download speed for about 5 mins. Then when it finally started downloading, it wont go faster than 1.5 KB/s. This will take me about 6 hours to download an extremely short patch. Is there anyway way to fix this?

I am running windows in safe mode with a wired Ethernet connection. Also tried to disable my firewall but the problem still persists.

My internet download speed is about 30Mb/s and upload about 8 Mb/s.
