Starting past tuesday, pre-patch, I started having disconnects. They happen in the world, bgs, PvP, instances, so are not limited to anywhere specific.
Before I d/c, I usuallly get a spike in my MS from 20-30 normally to 300-500. The game freezes, speeds up, or d/c's me straight away. Everytime I get one of these spikes, the d/c will follow guaranteed. I am instantly able to reconnect to the gameserver, until the next dc comes.

I have tried disabling all addons, removing wtf/interface/cache and everything in between. I flushed my DNS, tried wifi / cable. I do not seem have any other internet issues, although teammates have reported my skype breaking up momentarily as well during the dcs.
edit: I never had any of these issues before.
