I have checked the ticket which you have been provided and this issue is currently with Telia. It seems that when you are trying to connect to the IP addresses you have provided, you are being null routed. It does seem to be off our network so we are currently awaiting a response from Telia. Once we hear from them, we will update you as soon as we can,

For the last 6/7 months ive had issues with this crap :S and apparently Virgin nor Blizzard can hurry this up and fix it. -.-
