Frogy | Graphic card driver problemSun, 05. Feb. 2012 19:02 GMT Hello! I've got a graphics card driver problem. When I start WoW, all is normal, but when my loading screen is done the game crashes. This problem started today out of the blue. And WoW seems to be the only game affected, games like SC2 works fine. Any idea what could be wrong/broken? Thanks. |

I would recommend you to make sure that your computer is running the most recent BIOS version: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=4063&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=4119564#N362 Please note that a failed BIOS update could render your computer unusable. In this case you will need to contact the computer manufacturer's support department. I would also recommend you to update your Realtek HD drivers: http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false Once updated, try and reboot Windows in Selective Startup mode: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/windows-closing-background-applications Lastly, I'd suggest that you delete the Cache, Interface, WTF and Data\Cache folders located in the game directory prior to running the game. |

What if you uninstall your current Nvidia drivers and then install a previous set? http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-uk What if you test the game in OpenGL mode? http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/using-opengl-no-sound-and-windowed-mode |
