So, since 4.3.2 I've hit a load of problems.

Firstly, every so often my WoW will freeze and go into 'Not Responding', only to carry on a few seconds after.

Secondly, and this one is more frustrating, when I'm going into a zone that I haven't been to since the patch, my WoW freezes on the loading screen and goes into 'Not Responding', but this won't carry on loading afterwards, and after exiting and reloading WoW, it gets to the same place on the loading screen and freezes.
Leaving WoW running whilst I go do something else doesn't seem to fix it either.

Also, since the patch, my WoW has had a lot of trouble loading NPC and character models and spell effects, particularly when moving to a new zone.

I've tried dropping the settings, which hasn't fixed anything, I've tried logging on with addons disabled and I'm a bit iffy about deleting the cache and WTF folders as the last time I did that ALL of my macros were deleted.

Anyone else running into any of these problems?
Anyone know any fixes?
