 Frustrated | AVG Showing the Background Downloader.exe as a virus.Wed, 01. Feb. 2012 15:02 GMT Well, Title says it all, started to update it today, and when it reached Available, i logged on. The first thing that happend when i got online was that AVG popped up saying that the background downloader.exe was a virus, and it should be moved to the virus vault. I dont believe it is a virus, But im curious, and wanna see what the reason could be that it was considered a virus. |

The background downloader, as distributed, will contain no harmful or malicious software. |
