Deaconn | Unable to play after patch and optimisationWed, 01. Feb. 2012 19:02 GMT Patch downloaded fine for me, 45 mins maybe, no big deal. But when I logged in I had no characters and was being told to upgrade to the full game. So I was obviously in trial mode for some reason. I searched for FAQs on the subject and found one where a CM said to make sure it's the EU client that is running, which would be evident by the PEGI12 logo on the launcher. Mine didnt have this which I thought was very strange as I'd always been running the EU version up this new patch download so I did as the CM in the post suggested, and went to reinstall the EU client. I was then told I had a 15gb download ahead of me. 3 hours into the download it has now crashed and refuses to resume. Launcher will not launch and I am currently unable to get into the game at all as has been the case all day. I had posted about the above events as they happened on here but have had no response, like most. Have also tried opening tickets several times via the battle.net account screen but my browser crashes, telling me the host server is busy. | |
