Since downloading 4.3.2 and running my weekly LFR i noticed a very big difference in stuttering/lag during encounters compared to last week. My FPS would drop very low during Zon'ozz and being a caster made it difficult to keep up 100% cast time.

I played around with graphics settings trying them at high and low and still the game would struggle to keep up with camera movements from side to side.

I thought I'd give it a shot and do something so simple as to delete the Cashe folder... and voila, the stuttering has disappeared.
