Hi All,

Well I got the strangest thing happening here. My wife and I are both gamers for a long while now. And we try to play as often as possible.

Now, since the patch that happened on Wednesday 01 Feb 2012, it seems that whenever she logs on to WoW I lose all my internet connection. I tried to figure out what was causing this, but am at the end of my knowledge.

Checking out it seems that the Key Ports are locked... It also does not happen when I first log in.

Weird....

If you have any advise, please let me know!

Hi there,

Can you please try to disable the option Optimize Network for Speed on both clients? You should be able to get to this on the in-game Options menu.

Also please make sure you have the latest Firmware for your router, this should be available from the router manufacturer's website.
