Feb. 2012 11:02 GMT Since the deplyoment of patch 4.3.2 a lot of peolpe seem to have the same problems like, - Login problems - Frequent disconnects - Delayed instance/BG loading (sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes) - Spike lag etc etc... Our neighbours in the US seem to have the same problems as we have here. - Deleting wtf and cache folder does not seem to help - Removing all addons does not seem to help - Forwarding ports on router does not seem to help - Flushdns does not seem to help - deleting data/cache does not seem to help - reinstalling the game does not seem to help - deactivating firewall/antivirus etc... does not seem to help - Reset the router and checking the internet connection for problems. - Posting log files. We tried everything on the client side to pin-point the problem but nothing seems to solve the problem. Is there something else we can try to fix the problem ? If there is nothing else, what now ? |
