The most common answers to this problem have been: Flushing the dns with the command: ipconfig /flushdns Deleting the folders: WTF, Cache, Interface and the files wow.mfil and wow.tfil Going to internet explorer>extra>internetoptions>connections>LAN and unchecking "usage of configuration scripting" and "use a proxy server" while checking "auto detect settings" http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/ii619/steefhermans/internetoptions.jpg This is a link to the way I checked those. Also, resetting the router, reconnecting with internet, restarting the computer all don't work when I tried them. Does anyone know a way to get it to work? |

Feb. 2012 16:02 GMT Hi there, Can you please try to restart Windows into Safe Mode with Networking and see if this issue continues there?: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/how-do-i-boot-the-computer-in-safe-mode If that doesn't help, can you try this: 1. Navigate to your World of Warcraft folder 2. Run the Repair program 3. Run the program BackgroundDownloader (as an Administrator on Vista and Windows 7) for around 30 seconds 4. Run the Launcher (as an Administrator) This may initiate a large download, however after this download has completed the game should work again. Please see if this helps. |
