 Utopicvision | Game is redownloading 2.6GB, why?Wed, 01. Feb. 2012 17:02 GMT I was surprised today to find out that when I launched the game, it said it needs to reconfigure the files. I made a quick search and read about the issue and decided to let it finish as mentioned, no matter how long it takes. It was done and it now needs to download an additional 2.6GB. WHY? The only reason I shipped the retail version from Germany >> UK >> USA >> Lebanon was because I could not download that amount of bytes. I have a bandwidth cap around 800MB daily and my download speed does not exceed 40kb/s So again, why is it downloading 2.6GB? It the title bar of WoW window, it says "World Of Warcraft v4.3.0 15050", does that got anything to do with it? |

Please run the game by right clicking on the launcher and choosing "Run as administrator" and see if that helps. Alternatively you can create a new Windows user account with administrator rights and then test the game from that newly create account. |
