Vespór | SuperHub RebootingWed, 01. Feb. 2012 18:02 GMT Hi there I have been trying to play WoW today however whenever I log in my Super Hub reboots. I have narrowed it down to when I log into WoW. I am with Virgin Media with a SuperHub which is a router modem combo. I am running on Windows 7 Home Premium I would like to point out that I have been able to play it with no issues all week. I have talked to my ISP any they see no fault in the connection from their end but they are sending an engineer out tomorrow just encase. Can anyone think of any issues regarding WoW that may be contributing as it is only WoW that does this. I checked SWTOR and various other online programs with no issues. |

Feb. 2012 10:02 GMT Hi there, To allow us to gather information on this, and to see if there's a common cause, could I please ask you for the following information: ISP : Town and Country : Network Adapter Make and Model : Modem/Router Make and Models : In terms of troubleshooting steps, can you please try to disable the option Optimize Network for Speed from the in-game options menu? Also, please make sure that Enable Peer-to-Peer Transfer is disabled on the Launcher - Options - Downloader Preferences. |
