Hey guys as the title says i paid for a race change.

I logged back in after i received an email saying my the race change has been completed and that my character is available for play again.

Funny thing is when i logged in it showed nothing no race change on the chosen character at all.

I tried logging out and back in a couple of time restarted wow a few times and none of it worked, now i paid 20 euro for it my card was billed when will i see the race change ?

I know some will say it takes up 24h to appear but it wouldnt have sent me an e-mail then saying my character is ready for play.

What is going on when will i see it cause i feel like i got conned out of 20 euro.
