Well the launcher doesn't work, when i click the desktop shortcut nothing happens

When i "run as administrator" I get an error saying "Launcher cannot run because Skin archive is damaged, please run repair"

I run the repair and it says its fine. Ive had this problem since 4.2 came out, so i just ran WoW.exe instad of Launcher.exe. And now that a new patch has come out i can't update =[

I don't want to re-install, i got all the disks up to WotLK and Cata is digital. Our broadband here is quite slow (260Kb/s download usually) might be because i live near an airport

Help would be nice =]

P.s when the launcher ran earlier i got a message saying something like "Error#1 (Fatal error)" or something like that
