Feb. 2012 09:02 GMT Hello, First of all I'd recommend that you familiarise yourself with our Forum Guidelines prior to posting to this forum again: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/900710328 As for the issue, could you please tell me what security software is installed on your computer? If you are running the game on Windows Vista / Windows 7, I'd suggest that you set Explorer to show hidden files and folders and then delete the Battle.net directory located in C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\. Should the issue persist, please post your MSInfo - Running Tasks report to this thread: - Press the Windows + R keys on your keyboard and type in:msinfo32 |
![]() Krinskal | I Reinstalled The Game...Fri, 03. Feb. 2012 13:02 GMT I'm afraid you did not provide the requested information. I will need you to work through the provided steps to produce the MSInfo - Running Tasks report. As for your issue, could you please set Explorer to show hidden files and folders, navigate to C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment and then delete the Battle.net folder? |
