Feb. 2012 10:02 GMT Hello, Could you please make sure that you installed the most recent version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable files from the Microsoft website? I'd also recommend you to restart Windows in Selective Startup mode: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/windows-closing-background-applications If need be, you may have to disable all of your non-Microsoft services via the msconfig tool. Should the issue persist, I'd suggest that you completely uninstall your game client, delete the World of Warcraft folder and then reinstall the game again. |
