Mágeface | Computer StabilityMon, 20. Feb. 2012 05:02 GMT Hey well i purchased a new pc a few weeks ago from dinopc. Everything set up fine apart from i was installing the OS with a dodgy mouse xD, but anyway i got there in the end. after installing wow and playing it for a while i am getting alot of fps problems which IMO with this set up shouldnt be happening. ive spoken to a few friends about it they also agree that wow shouldnt be freezing now and again and sometimes having to restart the pc to be able to play other games because they wont load properly checked the GPU drivers see if they are the right ones and up to date which they are BUT ive just recently discoverd that my BIOs version is 0602 and the latest is 0901 (M5A87 mobo) a few of them have also noted it may possibly be my power supply as it is only 400 watt Spec: AMD FX-6 6100 Black Edition 6 Core 3.3Ghz Socket AM3+ 8MB L3 Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 1.5V Non-ECC Unbuffered NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 2GB 400W Xigmatek ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A87 mainboard Zalman Z9 Plus Case I dont have a clue how to update the BIOS and would like some help if anyone can... Going to look into upgrading the PSU to a 700watt and gfx card to a 580 GTX in the future when i have the money. any help appreciated ^_^ |

However we may be able to assist with some troubleshooting steps, could you please provide a copy of your DxDiag report: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/how-do-i-create-dxdiag-and-msinfo-files |
