My friend just had he's money on he's PayPal Account.

Whenver he tries to add paypal to he's account or to pay, this show up

Any know what he needs to do?

he's new to paypal methods..

doesnt it need to show up , he just needs to agree with their agreement & Services?

it shows to fill in a credit card information.. since paypal is a ''internet account'' he doesnt need to fill out, or iam confuzed here?

to pay with paypal do you need the Paypal card?

We have good news for you as we have just released PayPal as a payment method in Europe today and it should be available for you to use to purchase your Race Change.

When you are choosing your payment method, you will be able to select PayPal as a method of payment now but you will need to sync your PayPal account with your Battle.net account first.
