Hello,

Wondered if anyone can help me with this or has experienced the same problem. I have Virgin Media 30MB Broadband with a Super Hub. When trying to install the game through the launcher and/or patch it my hub sometimes decides to reset (Quite regularly actually). This ONLY happen with the WoW launcher or when background downloading while playing.... I have tried other MMO installers and they have no problems and also I have tried downloading large files to see if that was the problem..

Hope someone can help me cause the Virgin Media team are useless!
