Please run repair.

This is what I get when I try to download the updated tools from blizzard. I then run the repair tools and it says my game is successfully repaired. I then try to download the tools again and it just complains about my Wow being damaged.

Is this a known issue and if so, how do I fix it?

Edit: and apparently if I start up Wow, it get the Vanilla login screen. Wtf?
