Maayshra | In-game portrait for in-game fee: is it legal?Thu, 04. Aug. 2011 12:08 GMT I'm a bit tired of farming gold in WoW so I came up with an idea to paint portraits of players' characters for gold, just like I did for my friends: http://woweuarchive.yg.com/thread.html?topicId=12227592803&sid=1 But I'm wonder, is it not against Blizzard's policy? I don't want to risk my account banned or other form of penalty because of that. |
![]() Irylinne | In-game portrait for in-game fee: is it legal?Thu, 04. Aug. 2011 16:08 GMT Hi there, Maayshra. I answered a very similar thread just a few minutes ago, which you can find here: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2491499624#7 Essentially the answer is no, you can't do this, as it would be seen as selling real world goods for in-game gold. We don't allow players to trade one for the other. I hope that answers your question. :) |
