[Update] We are aware that the Free Character Migrations from Outland are still having some issues, as this is the case we will be temporarily disabling FCM's from Outland until the issue has been fixed.

We understand that this is frustrating for some players who wish to use this service, however a new FCM will be made available from Outland as soon as possible.

Please note: FCM is opened based on realm population tracking and analysis, not by request. If you're looking for a specific migration (from realm A to realm B), you are in most cases better off using Paid Character Transfer, or you could end up waiting for a very long time.
