Hello,i have been trying to get my FL raid char copied to the PTR for a few weeks now and everytime it says that the que is full.is there any eta on when this problem will be solved? we have not gotten a response at the forum thread:

Thanks for your mail.I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the PTR realms.
Unfortunately, at the moment, the ability to copy characters over to the PRT is not active yet. This will be open as soon as possible but I'm afraid I'm not able to give you an ETA on that.I'm sure they'll have it up and running as soon as it's needed and I hope it works out for you :)
