Has anyone else had the lousy luck of trying to get jewelcrafting up to lvl 525 but because you have the Draenei racial bonus, when you get to '525' you don't get the achievement because blizzard don't accept the racial bonus?

I've spent (wasted) over 15k gold to get to '525' and when the achievement should have come, it didn't.
I put a ticket in about this and had the reply that i hadn't reached the target figure and that now my jc was now at 517 although it is 527 (- racial bonus).
I now have to craft fire prisms for 10 days more, because this is the only item i can craft and lvl up on, to get my jc to '525' from when i thought i was 525.
Draenei will, by this flaw, never achieve realm 1st jewelcrafter because we have to work an extra 10 days to max out according to blizzard. Other races can get the achievement at 525 but Draenei will at 535, 10 days later min.
This needs to be changed.
