Do please remember this means of resolution in case any of your characters ever get stuck again in the future, and I believe the in-game response you were sent by our support team also lists some potential causes of this situation in order to help you avoid a recurrence. :) | |

I do hope this means that your character is no longer stuck, but if not then please do take a few moments to look through the guide that Ellifara helpfully links – it should explain how to go about making a ticket, and if you have any questions that haven’t been covered by the guide then don’t hesitate to ask! :) | |
