I recently bought a pet from the blizzard store since battle.net is very sluggish and slow i cant find a way to revert my order as i bought a pet on the US region and not the EU region and the code i have to redeem the pet wont work, is there anyway i can get this fixed without having to buy another one?

You do not have to contact our US support for this - simply call us by using one of the numbers at http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article/23210 or send in an e-mail webform via http://eu.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml and we can refund this so that you can purchase the correct version of the pet.

I do apologise for the miscommunication - we can't directly help but we have a process of dealing with this, and I have now passed this on to make sure it will be dealt with. You should be refunded within 7 - 14 working days. :)

I bought a moonkin pet on the blizzard store 2 days ago for the first time,so i dident notest to change northamerica to europe befor i bought moonkin pet.i tryed to redeem my pet with the code i received in my email but it dident work.have wroten a letter to blizzard about my issue but havent gotten a response yet.can this be fixed so i get my moonkin hatcling ? or do i have to buy another one =/

Hi there, Dragonguard.

I'm afraid that there aren't any gift cards for character services, so you won't be able to buy or use one for a faction change.

The only way to change your faction is to pay for it with a normal payment method (credit card, etc).

I’m afraid I’m slightly confused by your posts, and have removed the code you’ve placed therein in case it’s an unclaimed code you’re trying to redeem (as placing it here on the forums unfortunately isn’t the right thing to do, and it’s also not a good idea to give out either your code or a code in this way).

If that’s a TCG loot code, you’ll need to claim it for your region and realm using the correct redemption page;

Whereas, if that’s another form of code (i.e. from prepaid gametime card), you can input it on the Battle.net Account Management site to credit the time to your account.
