Hello,

I tried to do a faction change for my warrior (Modera). I choose iDeal as payment option and it status 'Faction change succesful' without me entering any payment details. As I realised I would like to do automatic tranfer instead, I clicked the cancel button.

Now I don't have any e-mails if I ordered, paid or cancelled the faction change. And I cannot order a new one because it now says Character ineligible. Unknown error.

What to do?

Greetings Bigunt,

Actually, there thankfully isn’t a bug with the iDeal payment method, although there is a necessary workaround you’ll need to perform in order to effectively ‘add’ your payment information to the order.

Checking your currently pending tickets and your account, it looks like you’ve recently abandoned your petition and that you may have found the option to ‘Finalise Payment’ after all! :)

Please do bear that in mind for future Character Services using iDeal, and apologies for any confusion or annoyance the current system may have caused you.
