I’m glad to see Zyina’s response in this thread, as that’s actually very likely to be the cause of both of your issues. :)

Lilula, your Warlock has read mail remaining in her Inbox – removing this should hopefully allow you to delete the character as desired (and the same is most probably true for any other characters you’re currently unable to delete).

Dhakarna, I’m not sure precisely which character(s) you may be trying to delete, but do bear in mind that any character you’ve logged into while the 7th Anniversary has been in progress will have received the 7th Anniversary mail (and, even read, this could now be causing the inability to delete the character in question).

Hopefully this is of help to you both, but if you’ve cleared your mailbox(es) and are still unable to delete the character(s) then do let me know so I can take another look.

Unfortunately it looks like there’s actually still the mail originally sent for the 7th Anniversary sitting in your level 4 character’s mailbox, and this will be the reason you’re currently unable to delete the character.

If you can’t see this mail, could you possibly try exiting the game and then deleting the ‘Cache’ folder only from your World of Warcraft directly? If once you’ve restarted the game, this hasn’t helped, please post again to let me know and I’ll manually remove the offending mail so that you can proceed with deletion. :)

While I can see that the character you’re posting from appears to have been successfully deleted shortly after you originally made this post, if you’re still having any difficulties deleting other characters then it’s definitely worth making sure you’ve picked up any and all items from the mail (Tyrael’s Charger in particular) and deleted the associated mails just to be sure.

I notice that the majority of your lower level characters on the realm you’re posting from do still have either the item or the mail in their mailboxes, so hopefully simply removing them may help alleviate any issues (as Faylanna helpfully confirms). :)
