Feb. 2012 11:02 GMT Greetings Disesty, I’m afraid to say that what you and your friend are experienced isn’t a bug at all, and the Scroll of Resurrection feature has been deliberately disabled for a time while we perform some necessary maintenance on the service; Scroll of Resurrection Temporarily on Cooldown http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/blog/3322694#blog Unfortunately we don’t have any specific information or indications as to when the feature may return again but, as mentioned in the blog post, we’ll obviously make sure to announce it as publicly as possible once it’s back. Apologies for any disappointment this may cause you in the meantime, however. |
![]() Nephadne | Battle.net Customer Support WebsiteSun, 12. Feb. 2012 12:02 GMT Greetings Memixxe, I don’t believe we’re aware of any specific connection problems having been occurring recently, so it might be worth looking into whether this could be an isolated issue or something that could benefit from some assistance by our Technical Support team. If you continue to experience connection issues, please don’t hesitate to check out our Technical Support Forum and post therein. :) Technical Support Forum http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/874936/ Greetings also Lovelyalice, Unfortunately it’s not possible to manually alter one’s registered country within Battle.net Account Management, so I’m afraid you’ll need to get in touch with our Account and Payment team for further assistance in doing so. They’ll likely require proof of residency within the country you’d like to alter your account to (usually a utility bill will suffice), and once you’ve provided this it should be a simple matter for us to update your details. Good luck! :) Account and Payment Support http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/account-and-payment-support |
