I’ve been checking into the currently situation, and I’m afraid it looks like our technical teams are still investigating the situation at the moment.

We did believe that the issues might at least be resolved for Alliance characters attempting to migrate to Aggra (Putovsky, I take it that’s your intention?), but it seems that there are some ongoing limitations preventing this side of things from functioning correctly at present either.

I’ll continue to keep an eye on things for the rest of the day today, so you’re very welcome to provide me with any updates or details you may have noticed (and anyone wishing to transfer to Aggra on the Alliance side is very welcome to try clearing their browser cache and cookies and reattempting the process) and I’ll pass them on as necessary. :)

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this. It's only just been resolved in the last hour or so.

Migrations from Outland to Aggra are once again up and running for both Alliance and Horde players. Migrations to Al'Akir, however, are still not available, but our Community team has stated that they will be revisited soon. More information can be found here:

Thank you for the reports Exilliance and Baggiez and this is something we are aware of and are looking into.

Our web team is trying to gather more information on the cause of the issue before they go ahead with a fix. Indeed, actual migrations are not up to us, we're just here to relay the information on the issue itself.

Well, the faulty migrations are currently disabled. They believe they may have found the code at fault, but I'm afraid I have no ETA on when the fix will be approved/tested etc.

Thank you for the report Fjöla and I have passed this matter on. I would suggest that in the meantime, you contact our Account and Payment team and explain the situation so they can assist you further. :)
