Dear Blizzard,

I recently transferred my priest to a new realm 'Sylvanas' due to Executus being massively under-populated without resolution.

Moving to this new realm was a huge change and made the game enjoyable again and my brother decided to follow me over with the transfer of his rogue.

Being avid pvper's, a week after transferred we decided to try out some new classes to the realisation that we had forgotten our heirloom items. Both of us hurried to make tickets to have these recovered.

My brother received all of his heirloom items without any problems, however, because I had transferred 8 days ago this put me outside of your recovery period for forgetting things. But I ask you how else I would have remembered unless I decided to create a new character. 7 days for heirlooms is entirely unfair, especially considering these items are described as 'bind on account' and after the obvious ease it is for a gm to perform this action.

This brings me to a second problem: I have a huge excess of valor points on my priest, yet all the heirlooms are purchasable with justice points, yet you deny me the ability to trade a higher value currency for that of a lower value (a service you most certainly provided in wrath of the lich king).

Could you please shed some light on this subject as I would love to level my shaman with my brother.
