Hello , I always have between 70-100+ ms higher on Stormscale. I have followed all the steps on the support site and concluded that its not my network connection or PC , I made several characters on diffarent realms , high/meduim populations and my Latency was always stable and low.

I can provide hundreds of sreenshots as evidence if needed , I just wanto know how I can move my character or even faction change for free becuase I feel that I am paying for a service and Im not getting a fair experience atm and it seems really unfair to pay 25 euros to change to a working realm.

I have made several ingame tickets and always get upset becuase the GMs have no idee and propably no power to help me that is why they give stupid advice like make Dalaran your Home town but the fact of the matter is that I am lagging everywhere on Stormscale , its comes and it goes "never goes for long".

Please I just wanto fix this , I really cant see myself buying game time again and I wont make a new chatacter on a new realm from scratch , that would mean you stole 2 moths of game time from me.

Please help you can even chose the realm
