I’ve had a quick look through the various bug reports we’ve received over the past months and, although I do see a few reports, they aren’t numerous enough for me to assume that there’s a definite issue with the achievement in question.

I’ve still added your short description here to the open ‘case’, as additional reports and information can only be of help to our QA team when they investigate, but in the meantime I’d definitely recommend trying again if possible – good luck! :)
