I use realID whispers to talk with a friend of opposite faction, but since they have 2 accounts registered on one e-mail, I can't see to which account I am talking to, and it often goes to the other one. This happens even more frequently when one of account is logged on same faction character and the second account on cross-faction character. Example: I (as alliance) reply to realID whisper coming from friend's WoW1 ACC (horde character) and the reply goes to WoW2 ACC (Alliance character) even if I wasn't talking with WoW2 ACC character since login (and the reply should go to the character talking to me - WoW1 ACC character). Since both accounts are registered under same name, I don't know who gets my message until I get another message like "why are you talking to my <family member>", which can be really annoying for all of us.
