Hi, I created this Worgen druid the other day and then decided I wanted to transfer my shaman from another realm over to Lightbringer instead of having this guy on Lightbringer.

However when I went to delete this character, I was told I had mail so I went on him to try and delete the mail which was the charger and authenticator pet mail but I couldn't take the items or delete the mail meaning I can't delete this guy.

I used, or at least tried to use, the mailbox in the middle of the Worgen starting area.


Do I have to get to a certain level to retrieve the mail, or delete it? If so that seems like I'm being disadvantaged for using an authenticator and getting the 12 month subscription.
