Hello there, i have January the 30. been in a run in icc for collecting the shadowfrost shards for my shadowmourne. Once we were at the last boss, lich king the majority of the group dies, and 5 players and me proceed to finish off LK, even after all those who died did release spirit.
And behold, a shadowfrost shard drops. HOWEVER all the players who had released did end up being able to roll need for said shard. and i end up loseing it to a priest, he obviously dident have the quest since he was a priest. He was not able to loot it because he was a priest. and thus the shard got lost.
I proceed to make a ticket to a gm about the issue, however i get the anwser that he can not take the shard from the priest WHO SUPPOSEDLY COULD AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ROLL, WIN OR LOOT THE SHARD.
After a bit argueing back and forth i give up trying to convince the gm. and ask him if he can atleast pass the knowledge of this bug to another gm, game designers or what ever.
The anwser i got? Working as intended?

I try to fill out a survey of this gm, but midway through it automaticly closes since someone in my dungeon finder group pulled a mob. i did not finish the survey, and i can not open a new one.
I know the name of the priest.
But i cant remember the name of the gm.
