Over time I had small issues and I needed the GM's help since it wasn't a problem a could solve myself.Yesterday I confronted a new one and again the same annoying answer that "unfortunately they are not able to do anything about this".Maybe I have just bad luck and my tickets are opened by "unwilling to help" GM's or I dont know what is going on but I'm starting to think that their job is to answer to tickets but not to help.

Let me tell you the problem I had and would be nice to see some opinions about this situation.
Yesterday I started farming some BoP pets(because I'm close to 150 pets) like Worg Carrier and Smolderweb Egg from Lower Blackrock Spire , Phoenix Hatchling from Magisters' Terrace and others.Since I have 2 x holy spec I had to get a friend of mine for faster runs in Magisters' Terrace.Anyway everything was fine I found the pets and then I went with my friend to Tol Barad Peninsula for the Fox Kit .I can say I was very lucky because I found it on my 3rd kill and since the pet is BoP we had to need/greed on it.Of course my friend passed and I took the pet , then we went to Feralas for Sprite Darter Egg wich has an extremly low drop rate.Here starts the problem ...I dont know if everyone know this but this pet is also BoP so I thought when will drop we will have to roll on it like Fox Kit, but this is not what happened .After hours of farming it finnaly dropped and since my friend had auto-loot on, the pet instantly went to his bags and became souldbound.

Now all I've asked was to destroy the pet from his bags and give it to me.We were both in party when it dropped and close to each other so I dont see any problem here.I saw on this forum MUCH BIGGER problems that were solved and I really dont think its agains any of their rules.I remember when the items from raids/instances didn't had the trade time on them ,with a ticket you were able to give it to other player that participated on the boss fight.I know my situation is not exactly the same but its similar.

What do you think...should I be helped or not?

Hi there, Dreadelf.

I'd advise that your friend open another ticket to have the case looked into again. From your description of what happened it certainly sounds like something we'd help with, so it warrants another look.

Could I also get you to post the name of your friend's character, please? :)
